World Mental Health Day is celebrated to raise awareness of the need to protect and improve mental health for all. This year's theme is: "Mental health is a human right."

Working conditions are one of the most important factors that directly impact mental health. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the mental health crisis through the rise of anxiety and depressive disorders and the limited availability of mental health services.

The series of international standards for occupational health and safety (OH&S) management systems guides organizations of all types in providing safe workplaces for their employees. SRPS ISO/PAS 45005, Occupational safety and health management - Working safely during the COVID-19 pandemic - General guidance for organizations, is a technical specification that provides guidance on how to manage COVID-19 risks to maintain workplace safety, health, and employee well-being.
