Standardization of horizontal methods for food analysis (i.e.methods for detection and/or determination of food additives, pesticide residues, contaminants, irradiated fodstuffs, genetically modified fodstuffs, allergens, vitamins and minerals). Horizontal microbiological methods of food analysis are excluded from the scope.
