In order to make as many services available to its users as possible via Internet during the state of emergency, as well as to facilitate their search on the web site, when on 4 May 2020, ISS launched the new web application, we pointed out that our main intention was to achieve better accessibility to standards, overview of information on standards, availability of new services – webinars, through the web site, etc. Aware of the fact that transferring a large amount of data from the old web site, as well as connecting to the new system for data processing on standards, can lead to occasional problems in the functioning of the new site, during its launching, we invited users to contact us and send us their suggestions and remarks.
Since then, we received many thanking notes, but also a number of remarks from the customers who, during their everyday work, need constant access to data from ISS website. All received comments and remarks are forwarded to the team responsible for the new website, that is constantly working on eliminating potential and existing irregularities in the work. Therefore, we ask all users to understand the current situation, which we are trying to resolve as soon as possible due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and we invite them to continue to report any irregularities.
We also take this opportunity to thank those who sent thanking notes regarding the new website, and also ask them to forward their suggestions for improvement, because that is the best way we can fully meet the expectations of our users and customers.
