This International Technical Specification gives guidance for leaders at all levels within organizations, large or small, who are seeking to engage in collaborative ventures to enhance performance of relationships working across operational boundaries.
This standard is applicable to the organizations that can be autonomous, geographically distributed, and heterogeneous in terms of their operating environment, culture, social capital and objectives
