Apstrakt

This document specifies homomorphic encryption mechanisms for the evaluation of arbitrary functions, such as the mechanisms based on CGGI (Chillotti-Gama-Georgieva-Izabachene) and its variants. This document also specifies parameter selection for various security levels.
