Apstrakt

The proposed International Standard “Archives performance indicators” is planned as a follow-up to ISO 24083 “International archives statistics”. Its purpose is to define performance indicators regarding the quality of archival services and to spread knowledge about how to conduct performance measurement in the archival community.
