Apstrakt

the qualitative detection of Atlantic salmon-specific DNA derived from foodstuffs and feedstuffs. It requires extraction of an adequate amount of PCR amplifiable DNA from the relevant foodstuffs and feedstuffs matrix and specific primer/probes unique for detection of Atlantic salmon material derived from Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar).
