This document specifies the reference model of capabilities for low-code development tools and specific technical requirements for low-code development processes, which specify inputs, outcomes, methods and tasks.
This document is applicable to the demander, supplier, maintainer, and independent evaluator of lowcode development tools to carry out research and development, design, testing, evaluation, implementation, application, and product selection of low-code development tools.
