This proposal specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the qualitative and quantitative detection of IMP (5'-inosine monophosphate), GMP (5'-guanylate monophosphate), AMP (5 '-adenosine monophosphate), Hypoxanthine riboside (HxR) and Hypoxanthine (Hx) in meat and fish.
