Apstrakt

This document specifies the technical requirements (including thickness, hardness, adhesion, friction and wear properties, etc.) and test methods for diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings used in the aerospace field.This standard applies to DLC coatings prepared by vapor deposition on iron, steel, titanium, and other substrates for aerospace components such as aircraft landing gear parts, spacecraft mechanisms, and other critical moving parts in aerospace applications.
