Apstrakt

This document establishes provisions for the composition labelling of the components of fillings containing both plumage and non-plumage materials.
It is applicable to feathers and down, blended with other materials, used as fillings of manufactured articles at each stage in their commercial distribution.
This document is applicable for fillings totally containing more than 2 % of non-plumage materials.
This document is not applicable for fillings totally containing more than 5 % of foreign matter (see 3.7).
