НАПОМЕНА     У ствари, грешка II типа је погрешна одлука. Стога је пожељно да вероватноћа (2.5) доношења такве нетачне одлуке буде што мања. Грешке II типа обично се јављају у ситуацијама када величине узорка нису довољне да би се открило одступање од нулте хипотезе.
