Apstrakt

This document specifies test methods for the determination and verification of state parameters provided by battery management systems.
This document applies to stationary battery energy storage systems that are equipped with a battery management system (e.g. batteries using lithium-ion or sodium-ion cells).
The methods specified in this document are intended for the evaluation of information provided by the battery management system on the remaining capacity, the remaining power capability, state-of-charge and additional parameters of the battery.
Note:
This document supports the provision of state information for stationary batteries in accordance with Article 14 and Annex VII of Regulation (EU) 2023/1542
