НАПОМЕНА 1 уз термин:   Састав материјала утврђује хипотетичку ситуацију у којој се укупна количина свих супстанци присутних у медицинском средству ослобађа током клиничке употребе. Ове количине се могу добити директно из познатог састава; експериментално, оне се могу добити из дигестије, растварања и, у многим случајевима, исцрпних студија екстракције.
